We were with Nicky for 10years, and only left when we bought a property, so left the rental market. She is hands down the most trustworthy and honest letting agent we've ever been with. We lived in a period property, so structural issues did occur, and Nicky would always liase with the landlord, being fair, compassionate and honest, to ensure we were sorted, and could continue making someone else's house OUR home. If you can get a property with Grosvenor Residential - do!!!
